We have had many developments this year as mentioned in recent blogs such as, new web-site, back links for our web-site, new DVD with all our product information on, a new and informative brochure, and of course not forgetting the launch of the successful Swift Promotor 360, and it doesn’t just stop here we have many more ideas to help develop our products as well as to give our clients full back up and support.

So over the next few months we will be pleased to update you with information on new product developments which we are sure will be a success for you and help with future sales of Promotor products.

New Web-site update

Our new web-site was launched in February this year, proving a great success we decided to bring in stage two earlier than planned. What we have done is added in more information relating to our services, as here at Promotor we always give our clients full support and an excellent level of service making it easier for you to buy our products without complications. As you will see we have added in information about where we ship to, spare parts that are available for our products making them easier to replace if lost or damaged, the support we give our Distributors/Resellers such as marketing material, DVD with all product information on, web back links, and information on our internal support. We also have an area about us to explain a bit more about us as a company. There is also a section on our factory to show that we are the manufacturers of our products, and finally a section that you can fill out to make an enquiry or find out were we are located. We have separated the product area so that it does not confuse it with all this information and you can navigate easily around the product range.

Web back links for clients use

We have now fully developed our back link pages, something we are very pleased to have developed for our clients. This is a great way of having our chosen products and information added to your web-site.

What are back links? A way of providing our customers with more information and product images designed to help with your Promotor sales and marketing requirements. We will supply you with a detailed document encoded with HTML file codes which can be easily copied and pasted into your own web-site coding by you or your web developer, giving you access to any of our products, logos, specification of your choice. This information is only available to our reseller / distributors.

This is another way that Promotor can give clients support in marketing our range of Promotor Displays.

Promotor Customer Service

Many companies talk about how great their customer service is but when it comes to it this is often not the case. Very often you will find yourself being let down by companies who don’t do what they say they will, as well as their products not being delivered in time scales that have been promised, and product quality is also not as good as it should be, this is very frustrating.

Communication is a very important factor of what we do here at Promotor, if a client calls and we say we will call back we do, if we have an email sent asking for information such as quotations or any relevant paperwork required we will always get back to clients or potential clients very quickly, this is a big part of our customer service. Even though there is more and more technology making communication easier it does not seem to make people more efficient and often lets down customer service levels.

So if you require a quote, or want to know a lead time on a product quantity etc then let us know and if we can’t give an answer there and then we will always get back to you promptly and we won’t forget, as this is all part of our ever increasing back up and support to our reseller/distributors.

New product Swift Promotor 360

 After our successful launch with the Swift Promotor 360, we have made an improvement to the finish of this product. The Swift 360, is completely round (360) and was originally held together with a bonding join, we recently decided that it would be more suited to a fixing that joins the product very tightly together so that it forms its style and works better as a joining component. The Swift Promotor 360 is now even better and is proving popular in the display industry as it works so well as a free standing product, with all round graphics meaning that graphic companies can sell even more graphics when offering this product to their clients. Our Factory & Warehouse

Despite the normal tradition of being slower during the summer months, we are very busy at present, and have many large quotes from different areas of the world which we also hope will be coming off soon. As our relatively new factory and warehouse has a productive and large capacity we have kept stock levels high so that we can pack orders direct from stock saving on production times, this proving to work very well in a faster moving world, with decision processes being slowed down, making orders required quickly, which we can handle meaning promotions can happen on time.

 

As in the past we have no plans to have a holiday shut down and have taken on a new member of staff to help with production during other members of staff holiday period, this was a good decision due to the amount of business we have at present.

 

Lead times can also be discussed if you need an order quickly we can always re-schedule our production to make sure that you get what you require in time.

Our New Blog

After our recent successful web-site revamp in February this year, we are now in the stages of the first main update, separating the product range from the main home page, where we will have more information about Promotor Promotional Displays, and how we work with exports, reseller support, spare parts for our products which is often over looked, and about Promotor as a company. We will also feature an area which will have updates, trying to refresh client’s memories of some of the key features on certain products we offer.
